Our team of Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our At Home Support clients across various practice areas. They assist clients to experience a greater level of independence and ensure their health and wellness are supported.

**Key Responsibilities**
Implement and monitor care of clients to enable them to live well at home.
Develop appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships.
Collaborate with health professionals to achieve client outcomes.
Work independently with support from experienced senior clinicians.
**Requirements**
Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
Previous demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse desirable.
Availability to work various shifts across various days.
Valid working rights in Australia.
Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations.
Own vehicle and Australian Drivers licence.
Willing to obtain an annual influenza vaccination.
