About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Support Nurse. In this role, you will provide a range of clinical and care services to our clients, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor care plans to enable clients to live well at home.
  • Develop therapeutic and caring relationships with clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with health professionals to achieve client outcomes.
  • Work independently with support from experienced senior clinicians.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
  • Availability to work various shifts across various days.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations.
  • Own vehicle and Australian Drivers licence.
