Your Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Crew Member to join our team at our Fairfield Depot in Melbourne. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in constructing and maintaining our wetland construction sites. You will work outdoors, preparing soil, laying jute, and planting plants, as well as conducting maintenance of remnant native bushland, constructed wetlands, and newly built native landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct and maintain wetland construction sites
  • Prepare soil, lay jute, and plant plants
  • Conduct maintenance of remnant native bushland, constructed wetlands, and newly built native landscapes
  • Work in a team setting, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
