About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team at the Adelaide Harbour Town outlet. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert product knowledge to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations to meet their expectations.
  • Process inventory efficiently and effectively to maintain an attractive store environment.
  • Contribute to meeting sales targets by offering tailored product advice and promotions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customers in their purchasing decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in a retail environment or excellent customer service skills. You should be available to work across a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
