Behaviour Support Practitioner Job

Everyday Independence is looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. This role involves working in diverse settings, utilizing assessment and intervention skills, and building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification, such as a Bachelor or Master's degree, and relevant registration. They will also need to be deemed as a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and have minimum 12 months experience in this role.

Key qualifications and skills:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma)
  • Relevant registration (e.g. AHPRA, SPA, AASW)
  • Deemed as a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
  • Minimum 12 months experience in Behaviour Support Practitioner role

Work arrangements:

  • Full-time or part-time
  • 4 days per week

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 includes annual leave loading & superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop
