Support Officer for Rural Products Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team.

About the Role:

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the safe storage of rural products.
  • Handle, receive, and dispatch store stock.
  • Perform rural products and logistics support tasks.
  • Provide administrative support for sales processing.
  • Conduct rural products sales and general shed and yard duties.
About You
  • You must be committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • You should have an understanding of agricultural products and customer needs.
  • You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic computer skills.
  • You must be able to work independently and manage your time effectively.

A driver's license is required, with a Forklift and HR Truck license preferred but not essential.
