As a Personal Care Assistant at Resthaven, you will be part of a supportive team that cares for older people in our residential care homes. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to provide high-quality care and support, and participate in regular training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving, and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, and promote their independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve positive outcomes for residents
Requirements
  • At least 6 months experience working in a similar role
  • Holding a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or a higher related qualification
