The Role:
As Head of Marketing for Solotel's pub portfolio, you will lead the strategic direction of all marketing functions, including digital marketing, public relations, social media, and traditional advertising. Your focus will be on optimizing guest experience and maximizing market share of voice within Sydney's vibrant hospitality industry.

Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, and revenue growth
• Oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, public relations, social media, and traditional advertising
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration, playing a key role in cultivating a culture of growth, creativity, and high performance
• Manage multiple direct reports, inspiring and nurturing their skills and expertise
• Analyze marketing performance and identify actionable insights to inform future strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and execution
• Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing
• Excellent analytical skills to measure marketing performance and identify actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a persuasive communicator
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen eye for customer trends and expectations
