Part Time Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking energetic and versatile professionals to fill the role of Functions Attendant on a part-time or casual basis.
This position requires individuals who can maintain floor cleanliness, provide exceptional customer service, and handle cash transactions. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate efficiently, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection;
- Provide food and beverage service, carrying multiple plates;
- Room setup for events, including table movement, crockery and cutlery setup;
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience to members and guests;
- Cash handling; and
- General cleaning duties as required.
- Excellent customer service skills;
- A good level of physical fitness, as this role can be physically demanding;
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- High standard of personal grooming;
- Fantastic communication skills;
- RSA and RCG Certificates; and
- Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
This opportunity offers flexibility and reliability with the need to be available 24/7 to work as required, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
