Job Description

An experienced People and Culture Coordinator will work between two recognised businesses, delivering operational support, services, advice, and consultation in dynamic employee-focused environments.

The key goals of this position include influencing employee well-being and productivity, promoting learning and development initiatives, guiding the employee life cycle, and identifying opportunities for improvement in policies, procedures, and practices.

This is a 12-month maternity leave fixed-term contract that will see you working alongside the People and Culture Manager to achieve these objectives.

As a member of the team, you will have the unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the business and contribute to its growth and success.
