Job Title: Employee Experience LeadThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment that fosters career progression and development.The Employee Experience Lead position involves providing expert advice and consultancy services to senior managers and staff across the organisation, working in partnership with managers to enable tailored employee-focused solutions ensuring high-quality outcomes.The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field and/or demonstrated experience as a Human Resources practitioner.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders is also essential.The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate to produce quality outcomes that contribute to strategic objectives.Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and coaching to all levels of management and others in their people management and performance management responsibilities.
  • Understand, interpret, and advise on all aspects of employee relations.
  • Provide advice and coaching to managers and staff with respect to all HR policies, protocols, and guidelines.
  • Work in conjunction with the Organisational Development and Improvement Division to develop and tailor education programs to ensure the professional development of staff.
