We are seeking a skilled clinical nurse or occupational therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Wide Bay region. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. ">
  2. Deliver clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health.">
  3. Provide clinical and case management support to older clients of the Wide Bay Mental Health & Specialised Services to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes for this complex group.">
  4. Liaise with all relevant clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within the older persons environment as well as non-clinical support workers in the community to coordinate a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing.">
  5. Provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within Community Mental Health by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.">

  • Registered nurse or occupational therapist qualification.">
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in working with older adults.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Current driver's licence.">

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including salary rates between $39.87-$58.60 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation up to 12.75%, and annual leave loading 17.5%.
