Drama & Humanities Teacher Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated teacher to join our vibrant learning community. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to ignite a passion for learning in our students and embody the values, mission, and principles of Catholic Education.
Job DescriptionIn this position, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents and practices. You will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement quality curriculum programs, assess student progress, and report on learning outcomes.
You will also establish positive relationships with students and support their spiritual and moral development. Your commitment to professional learning will enhance student learning outcomes, and your expertise in designing effective curriculum programs will align with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Creating a supportive, learner-focused classroom aligned with the Australian Curriculum
- Expertise in designing and delivering effective curriculum programs in line with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
- Commitment to engage with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to enrich learning experiences and achieve the best educational outcomes for students
