Customer Service Representative

This is a customer-facing position requiring exceptional communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders, inquiries, and providing top-notch service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call centre environment, strong computer skills, and excellent telephone manner.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
You will be working closely with our team to develop new skills and perspectives.

Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer orders and/or enquires;
- Create and maintain positive relationships with customers;
- Process administrative tasks as required.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills including telephone manner;
- Previous call centre experience preferably in a similar industry;
- Strong computer skills (including Word, Excel);
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
