Customer Service Representative

As a skilled Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and families in our Patient Services Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all incoming and outgoing hospital correspondence.
- Process invoices and outstanding payments efficiently.
- Handle accommodation bookings and payments with precision.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Respond to face-to-face inquiries at the reception desk.
- Ensure accurate payment receipting, allocation, batching, and banking procedures.
- Assist with stores ordering and inventory control effectively.
This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills, independence, and teamwork. We offer full training for the right candidate.
