Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing patient flow and coordinating appointments to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Providing warm and professional patient greetings and managing inquiries across various channels

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A driven problem solver with a growth mindset, who can proactively enhance operations and patient care
  • Experience with pediatric and family-centered care, with knowledge of preventative health practices and holistic wellness
