As a senior business leader, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of premium building material brands. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional results while maintaining their prestige, quality, and sustainability.

About the Role

You will take full ownership of sales strategy and operations to meet growth targets. Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, driving growth through new and existing client relationships, and positioning our brands as the first choice for architects, designers, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the Queensland market.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients in architecture, construction, and development.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive new business.
  • Ensure operational excellence and accurate reporting.
