Mobile Case Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalised face-to-face assistance to workers and employers, providing workers compensation advice, conducting community visits, and achieving the optimum outcome of recovery and early sustainable return to work for workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored support to workers and employers
- Provide expert guidance on workers compensation legislation
- Conduct site visits and medical clinic assessments
- Proactively achieve optimal recovery outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven case management experience and ability to return people to the workforce
- Knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and regulations
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, written and verbal proficiency
- Understanding of medical terminology and injury recovery timeframes
