Pastry Chef De Partie Role

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality desserts and cakes, working closely with the kitchen leadership team to design dishes and train other chefs in pastry techniques.

As a key member of our kitchen brigade, your mission is to maintain high standards and contribute to the development of innovative and delicious dishes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a similar luxury environment.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or rural location would be beneficial.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts.
  • A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve.
  • A vehicle and driver's license (or alternative modes of transport).
