Mental Health Transition Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to transition into mental health nursing with our supportive multi-disciplinary team. Our goal is to provide high-quality patient care and support the well-being of individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop skills in risk assessment, mental state assessment, care planning and knowledge of mental health nursing care and practice
- Work in a dynamic environment that fosters clinical recovery and supports individual recovery efforts
- Collaborate with consumers, carers, family members, and other professionals to provide holistic care
- Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Australian working rights (Visa holders, please ensure you have appropriate documentation)
- Current Influenza vaccination
- Be willing to undergo a Background Check
