This exciting opportunity offers a fully funded Certificate 3 in Correctional Services, enhancing your skills and opening doors to new opportunities. You will receive 6 weeks of paid training, equipping you with the necessary knowledge and expertise for this unique role.
Your daily tasks will include safely transporting and supervising detainees during critical activities, participating in court activities, managing conflict, and communicating effectively with empathy. You will also be responsible for providing safety and security for Persons in Custody, staff, employees, and members of the public.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess resilience, maturity, compassion, and empathy, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team. You must also have the legal right to work in Australia and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, including a drug and alcohol test.

- A competitive salary starting at $27.35 per hour during training, increasing to $29.50 per hour post-training.
- A regional allowance of an extra $10,189 per annum, spread over fortnightly wage payments.
