About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of care staff and provide outstanding care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through diligent AN-ACC funding, care planning, and community engagement
  • Lead all clinical services in line with our process and policy
  • Provide quality care services and professional practice

  • Coordinate and support scheduled audits and clinical indicators
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognised equivalency

  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
  • Sound understanding of care assessment in the Aged Care Sector and use of AN-ACC
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in the use of a wide range of IT applications
