The Role
  • Deliver personalised support by assisting clients with daily care, administering medication, and manual handling tasks.
  • Support clients to make informed decisions and build skills for independence.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Transport clients safely using your own vehicle.
Requirements
  • Relevant Behaviour Support experience or personal experience preferred.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to CPA values, client-centred approach to care, and drive to make a positive impact in people's lives.
  • Availability across various shift times, including early mornings, day shifts, afternoons, evenings, and awake overnights.
  • A valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
