The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of brownfields oil & gas projects, working closely with the Piping Design Manager and the Wood core design team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned piping designer to take on a senior role and contribute to the success of Wood's operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of piping systems for brownfields oil & gas projects
  • Collaborate with the Piping Design Manager and the Wood core design team to ensure high-quality design deliverables
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet the needs of the project and the client
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior designers
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in piping design, with a strong background in the oil and gas industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of discipline technology and other discipline requirements
