Legal Services Division Job

Work in a dedicated legal team with the largest in-house legal division in the Commonwealth.

The Legal Services Division offers an opportunity to work with over 90 dedicated lawyers and operational staff who provide specialized legal advice across various practice areas.

You will be part of a dynamic team that provides expert legal advice, focusing on privacy law and digital services, commercial law and employment law, and litigation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • In-house legal advice related to our payments and services.
  • Specialized legal advice, focusing on privacy law and digital services.
  • Commercial law and employment law.
  • Privacy, Freedom of Information (FOI) and compensation claims.
  • Litigation, including advocacy in the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) and legal advice on ART matters.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the program, you must be an Australian citizen.

You'll need to have successfully passed and completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 5 years.

If you got your degree overseas, you'll need to have it recognized by the Department of Education.
