Job Description:

As a stylist at our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and keeping our store looking sharp.

Your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment where you must juggle customer needs like a boss. You will need to thrive in this environment and be able to work effectively under pressure.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized styling tips.
  • Product Expert: Stay ahead of fashion trends and know our products inside and out.
  • Sales Star: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
  • Store Upkeep: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0+ years of experience in the retail or service industry.
  • A charming personality that can make customers feel valued.
  • A knack for personal style that is sharper than a tailor's needle.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • An attention to detail that ensures all aspects of your work are completed accurately.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Sales skills that enable you to meet and exceed targets.
  • A variable schedule may be required, which could include evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Benefits:

This is a hourly paid position with a salary range of $16-$19 per hour, plus commission of 2% on individual sales.
