The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Retail Assistant to join our team at Sephora Pitt Street. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on beauty products, and driving sales growth. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of beauty products, including skincare, haircare, and makeup, and will be equipped with ongoing training and development to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer expert advice on beauty products, including skincare, haircare, and makeup, to help customers achieve their beauty goals.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Sephora's products and services, and by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products.
