Beauty Advisor Opportunity at ESTØE LAUDER Companies

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team at ESTØE LAUDER Companies. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales targets through effective link selling, consultation, demonstration, and working outside counters.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Adhere to ESTØE LAUDER Companies grooming guidelines and maintain a professional image.
  • Deliver skincare and makeup applications, ensuring customers receive up-to-date information on skincare techniques.
  • Attend and participate in designated training sessions to develop skills, stay current on products and new products, and demonstrate interest in social selling.
  • Replenish and rotate stock, maintain counter and tester unit cleanliness, and ensure hygiene standards for each customer.
  • Follow guidelines and direction, accept and implement suggestions/feedback from store or ESTØE LAUDER Sales and Education Manager.
  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic, cooperative team player approach to colleagues and store management.
  • Communicate efficiently with brands and store management, and work independently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Service-oriented with a "can do" attitude and passion for the retail industry.
  • Friendly and conversational, with a good command of the English language and a second language advantageous.
