Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Repco Rockhampton. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the store, coaching and developing our team members, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store success
  • Coach and develop team members to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for our customers
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all team members and customers
  • Set a positive example to the team at all times
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for that next step
  • Demonstrated previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
  • Ideal candidate will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Flexible availability and valid driver's license
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products
