Food and Beverage Ambassador
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions including ingredients and preparation methods
- Anticipate guests' needs to understand their preferences and provide personalized service and recommendations
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen
- Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a high-end restaurant environment, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience. You must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as flexible availability to meet operating hours.
