About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Bupa Templestowe. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the care home and supporting the General Manager in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience managing a minimum of 30 beds, and a proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to build strong relationships with our residents, families and staff.
The role involves:
- Leading the care home clinical team, including coaching, mentoring and performance management
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and resident rights
- Liaising with allied health, medical practitioners and other services to provide optimal resident care
