Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Scope Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare division, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming environment
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups, managing patient records and data
  • Invoice and collect payments from patients, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assist medical professionals in carrying out medical procedures and tests, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Requirements
  • Australia work permit is essential; applicants without valid work rights will be disqualified
  • Background in nursing, medicine, or science; recent graduates or current university students welcome
  • Experience in a similar setting advantageous but not essential
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong typing, written, and oral communication skills
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
  • Commitment to delivering excellent patient care and maintaining high standards of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid and current CPR certificate highly regarded
  • Working with Children and Police Check certificates must be supplied prior to employment
