We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Mondelez International. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with corporate standards, local requirements, and ISO standards.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, safety, business development, and engineering teams to drive quality improvements.
  • Manage internal and external audit requirements, including HACCP, recipes, GMP, halal, kosher, sanitation, and critical consumer complaints.
  • Grow team capabilities and coordinate departmental activities to meet quality targets.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in operations, quality, and/or R&D in a large FMCG business.
  • Project management and prioritization skills.
  • Commercial strategy process, product/package development process, food safety, plant commercialization, ingredient and package technology, and training and coaching technical material.
  • Leadership and coaching skills to support direct and indirect reports.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional team leadership skills.
  • Working with external manufacturing suppliers and technical vendors to ensure compliance.
