Job Title: Project Manager - Mobile App Implementation

At Randstad Digital, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of mobile apps for our retail clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project management process, from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and retail business units.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Ensure the app integrates seamlessly with existing retail systems, enhancing both user experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally with a focus on mobile app development or implementation.
  • Strong understanding of retail industry challenges and mobile technology trends.
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience with risk management and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
Desirable:
  • Experience in retail-specific app development or e-commerce platforms.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
