We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Acendre. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and strategic support to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing the internal and external budget process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor business group performance against their budgets, providing stakeholders with analysis and value-add insights to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to and champion business improvement strategies, identifying areas for cost savings and process efficiencies.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business groups and finance teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage key budget, statutory reporting, and other parliamentary support requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Process journals, accruals, and reconciliations, and manage certain month-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong financial background, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable qualifications include finance certifications, such as CPA or CA, and experience with Microsoft products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
