Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and closing of new and completed matters
  • Conducting conflict searches and managing solicitor diaries
  • Telephone calls with clients, courts, and other stakeholders
  • Drafting and amending routine correspondence and preparing court documents
  • Collating briefs to counsel and medical experts
  • Electronic and hard copy filing and monthly billing
