Home Sales Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Home Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about home design and living spaces, and have a strong drive to learn and grow within the role.

  • Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers at display homes, scheduling appointments, and taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will initiate stimulating journeys as they support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closing.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess an outgoing personality, be highly engaging, and have a passion for home design and living spaces.

  • Other key requirements include being highly ambitious in wanting to achieve results, having customer service and sales experience in big box retail or related industry, and a strong drive to learn and grow within the role.
  • Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday is also required.
