About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Allura Partners. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation of a new HRIS system, working closely with our transformation team to deliver a seamless transition to a Business as Usual (BAU) model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Mapping: Develop and implement business process maps that align with business expectations, ensuring a smooth transition to the BAU model.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide front-line reporting, including wage costing reports and leave reporting, to support business decision-making.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot issues and answer questions related to time and attendance, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Training and Development: Create and maintain training documentation, and work with the project team to develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users.
Requirements
  • Project Experience: Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on HRIS implementation projects.
  • Oracle Cloud Experience: Highly desirable experience with Oracle Cloud, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Analytical and Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and drive outcomes across the business.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and run workshops to drive business outcomes.
