Senior Design Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Design Manager to lead our team of designers in delivering key civil infrastructure projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a leadership role, guiding your team towards timely delivery of design projects across road, drainage, and public works design.

  • Lead and manage a team of 2–4 experienced designers
  • Oversee the successful completion of complex design projects
  • Provide expert guidance and technical leadership
  • Support the growth and development of junior team members
  • Liaise with external consultants to ensure seamless collaboration

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale civil design projects
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication and project management abilities
