Employment Prospects: Following a probationary period, the successful candidate may be considered for a permanent, full-time position within our organization.

About Us: We deliver high-quality environmental services to various clients across Victoria and are looking for candidates who fulfill the following selection criteria:

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven interest and skills in natural resource management, conservation, and sustainability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions.
  • Possession of an Agricultural Chemical Users Permit (ACUP).
  • First Aid Certification - Level 2.
  • Familiarity with indigenous plant species.
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Conservation and Land Management, Natural Resource Management, or relevant experience.
  • Experience with herbicide application.
  • Experience in managing pest species, such as rabbit control.
  • Knowledge of invasive species management.
  • A valid Victorian manual driver's license.
  • Experience operating tractors and related equipment, including mowers, brush cutters, and spray rigs.
  • MR driver's license.
  • Chainsaw operation experience.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate a high level of physical fitness to perform:

  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • Physically demanding tasks, including brush cutting, knapsack spraying, and planting activities.
