**Childcare Service Manager Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our OSHC service at a state school. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Educators, developing and implementing engaging child-centered programs, and ensuring quality and compliance in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and facilitate child-centered programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Lead and manage a team of Educators, including roster management and staff supervision.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, including adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Grow attendance and support families through effective communication and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position or similar role.
  • Ideal minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field or completed 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check or state-required check.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
