Job Description:
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
