Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe and engaging environment for children, families, and colleagues
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart's policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the centre team
- Contribute to the education program and support a culture of continuous improvement
- Willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Permanent right to work in Australia
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Flexible availability
- Interest in early years education
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
- Fully funded qualification
