Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for:
- Providing effective leadership and management in a complex environment to achieve the defined objectives of the clinical services within Sub-Acute & Aged Services.
- Offering high-quality advice and support to the Nursing Director, contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives.
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:
- Demonstrated ability to provide contemporary nursing leadership in a complex environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge and application of current nursing issues relevant to Sub-Acute & Aged Services.
- Proven ability to contribute effectively as a member of a senior management team, with experience in managing physical, financial, and human resources.
