Professional Services Consultant

Fortinet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Services Consultant to join our ANZ team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Professional Services engagements to our customers, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting project timelines.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements, identifying technical solutions and implementing effective project designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert-level technical knowledge and support to customers, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- 8+ years of experience in network security, preferably in a vendor environment.
- 5+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet support or administration.
- 3+ years of experience with network security products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of security threat landscape and network security protocols.
- Administrator-level working knowledge of Windows, UNIX, or Linux.
- Network security certifications (Fortinet NSE4 minimum level and above).
- External network security & vendor certifications (Cisco, F5, Juniper, AWS, etc.).
