Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with delivery and programming

  • Scoping up works and analyzing trade breakdowns
  • Updating and distributing the drawing register
  • Coordinating meetings with subcontractors, teams, and clients
  • Processing invoices

  • Managing defects rectification and close-outs
  • Coordinating EHSQ requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role, working on commercial projects in the South Australian market. You will have a good understanding of project management within the construction industry, with fit-out and refurbishment knowledge being a plus. An accredited degree in Construction Management or similar will be highly regarded.
