Housekeeping Coordinator Opportunity at Hamilton Island

Hamilton Island is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join its team. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional housekeeping services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping tasks and schedules for housekeeping staff
  • Liaise with Front Office, Maintenance, and department supervisors to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
  • Assist with training, leading, and rostering of housekeeping teams
  • Promptly answer the main housekeeping office telephone and pass on requests to relevant housekeeping staff

About You

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Minimum 6-12 month experience in a similar role in a 4-5* property
  • Strong computer skills
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A current unrestricted driver's license (Essential)
