Compassionate Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable support worker to provide in-home assistance to individuals with disabilities and those who are aging.

About the Role
  • Provide meaningful support to help clients maintain independence and quality of life.
  • Perform personal care, domestic assistance, transportation to appointments or activities, and social and community support.

Support may also be provided for clients with complex needs. Don't worry, you will receive comprehensive training to ensure your confidence and capability.

Requirements
  • Certification in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
  • Genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability
  • Previous experience in disability or aged care is preferred but not required
  • Smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willing to apply)
  • Police Check issued within the last 6 months
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Valid driver's license and roadworthy, insured vehicle
