Job Title: Employment Programs Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Programs Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a proven track record in managing Wage Subsidy Agreements and Schedules.

This role will involve implementing effective Customer Service strategies, coordinating negotiations with Employment Services Providers, and liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be responsible for managing Wage Subsidies to deliver desired results and ensuring accurate verification and compliance checks are completed for payments.

As an Employment Programs Manager, no two days will be the same. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you can apply your skills and experience to drive results. We celebrate success and have a positive culture that values employee well-being and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
