Albany Heritage Park Visitor Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Visitor Experience Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and customers of the Albany Heritage Park.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the Forts Store or National Anzac Centre for daily visitation and operation
- Perform retail and ticket sales
- Provide general tourism information to visitors of Albany
- Undertake general administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role, applicants will need excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service focus and commitment, experience with cash handling and POS, knowledge of Albany and its attractions, sound technology skills and previous experience in a retail role.

The estimated salary for this position is between $66,982.74 - $71,156.27 per annum, pro rata, or $33.89 - $36.01 per hour plus 25% casual loading.
